What support is available during the training?
Students in instructor-led virtual classes can interact live with trainers, ask
questions, participate in discussions.
Self-paced learners get access to learning materials (videos, quizzes, etc.);
there may be support (mentor or instructor Q&A) depending on program
(this may vary by course).
Technical support (for accessing eLearning platform, login issues, etc.) is
provided by CFL — students are encouraged to reach out if they have
platform access problems.
What is the pass rate or success rate for students in these programs?
