She has worked with Fidelity Bank Plc has a HR Business Partner, North Bank, Training Management Officer, Lagos, Compensation & Benefits Officer, Lagos, Customer Service/Funds Transfer Officer, Operations, Abuja, Recruitment Officer, HR, Lagos, Sales Executive, Kaduna.
She implemented effective HR policies that ensured all practices were in compliance with labor and employment laws for 28 northern branches with over 800 staff.
Aisha organized, attended and provided guidance to regional management on HR-related issues during monthly performance review meetings in four sub regions – North East, North West 1 and 2, and North Central. Handled the recruitment procedures in line with policy – managed the recruitment portal at the regional level. She also identified training needs; organized and coordinated training programs.
