Poorly Implemented PM Systems

  • False and misleading information.

  • Increased turnover.

  • Wasted time and money.

  • Damaged relationships.

  • Decreased motivation.

  • Job dissatisfaction.

  • Risk of litigation.

  • Unfair standards.

  • At the least we can expect lower productivity, but worse yet, poorly managed performance management systems will send the best people packing and may lead to claims of discrimination and litigation.
