CFL Training Services Ltd – Refund Policy
At CFL Training Services Ltd, we are committed to delivering exceptional professional training and certification support. To ensure transparency and proper expectations, please review the following policy regarding payments and refunds:
1. Non-Refundable Policy from Certification Bodies
CFL acts as an authorized training provider and reseller for globally recognized certification bodies such as SCRUMstudy, Six Sigma Study, PECB, among others.
These certification bodies maintain a strict non-refundable policy once a candidate has been registered or a voucher/license has been activated. As a result, CFL is bound by this policy and cannot issue refunds once a candidate is registered.
2. CFL Refund Policy
- All payments are final once registration is confirmed and/or access to training materials, portals, or exam vouchers has been granted.
- No refunds will be issued for inability to attend, change of plans, or late cancellations after confirmation.
- In exceptional cases, a deferment request to join a later batch may be considered. This must be requested in writing and is subject to approval by CFL and the certification body.
- Refunds will not apply to promotional or discounted offers.
3. Processing Schedule for Weekend Payments
Payments made on weekends or public holidays will be acknowledged but will receive administrative attention on the next working day for registration processing and approval.
4. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review the course information, schedules, and this refund policy before making any payments.
We encourage all clients to reach out for clarification if needed before proceeding.
5. Payment Confirmation Acknowledgment
By making a payment to CFL Training Services Ltd, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
